Pop Pilates was created by Cassey Ho or what she calls herself on social media (blogilates). This format is pilates based with up to 13 different tracks to workout your whole body from top to bottom. It is something that will make you sweat and have fun doing it!
You don't need any equipment for any of the classes that I offer. You will need a mat, water, and yourself. Your body is the equipment.
I will have options that I will display during class that you can choose to take. Some modifications and some advance movements for the Pop Pilates class. PIIT28, or any other high intensity class that is taught here, I strongly advise you are a regular gym goer for those formats.
